Referral Pathways

No referral forms, no formal interviews. Self-refer, or ask someone else to point us your way — a GP, a school, a friend. We'll also connect you to the right external service, from Centrelink through to young-carer specialists like Little Dreamers and Satellite Foundation.

How Support Works Here

No referral forms. No formal interviews. No waiting to be assessed as "carer enough." Reach out yourself, or have someone else point us your way — either works.

Tell us a bit about your situation and we'll point you to what's actually relevant.
